Last week the funniest thing happen to me. I was playing computer in the CALL LAB. A malay guy ask Barney whether he can take the bag outside coz he lost his. He ask Barney is it his. Barney said take it coz it wasn’t his. The guy even showed him that there was a lab coat and a google inside. After that, Barney ask us whether anyone lose your bag. I thought he was joking so didn’t realy pay much attention. It turn out that bag was mine. I tried to cahse after the guy but it was too late. The funniest thing is that at that time, I was busy playing game that I say o yaka my bag been stolen. Go and help me get it.

We managed to get hold of that guys ID num and got back my stuff. Actually a gut took that guys bag and so he decided to take my bag as ransom. I got the bag of the first guy instead. To add, I didn’t go and look my my stuff but my kind friends helped me. It turn out that three of us stay in the same block. I was at the ground floor, the guy who took mine 1st floor and the guy who took his on the 3rd floor. Funny by it do happen. DO TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR BELONGING!!

July 10 &11

A brand new day in KL. Unbelieveable, first time woke up at 10am. normally at 7 or 8am. After the nite party feel very tired. Decided to go to bukit bintang to shop. However, unexpectedly, we walk towards times square. Wow, my leg is killing me. times square is so big. walk from one end to the other end. kinda wondering at which floor I was at. Stuff was expensive so didn’t buy anything except for drinks. Had a look at the games there but decided not to play coz after that if get headache means end of the journey 4 d day.

BUT NEXT time I will surely play! REMEMber to give me  a call when going to there. Anywhere still feel very tired after the party the nite  before.

Next stop is sungei wang. hope I spell it correctly. I can walk much. there are just too many things to see and choose. BUT now I want a sleep. So had to end the journey meanwhile my friend was busy looking for the badge that his friend  ask him to buy. After walking for quite some time  still can’t find the damn shop. We’ll come back again to look 4 it.

Headed home for a nice barbeque that my aunt and uncle was preparing. quite easy. using the gas to heat many volcano stone that cooks the food. Quite delicious although din   marinate or have to wait 4 long time. The sausage was pure sausage not those normal sausage that we eat. The burger meat was real beef meat. Kinda like the western food. oh ya we had a barbeque corn as well. first time eating coz the last round the corn turn so black that I decided not to eat.   

next day went to KLCC. Queue up for a long queue just to get a pair of ticket to get to the bridge of twin tower. Bout 2 hours I guess. All around are foreigner. feel like I’m from somewhere else

had my brunch at KFC coz cheaper than eating at shops. We had a tour round the KLCC. stuff was expensive as well. The trip to the bridge was kinda worth it coz can see everything from the top. feel not satisfied yet. One day I would like to go to the top of if. Day dream. who am I????

Then went to aquaria n sungei wang. This time around bought a lot of stuff. manage to find some clothes at affordable price. Next stop is at the well known PETALING STREET. We use a LRT from the ampang point to pasar seni. My my first time going in a LRT. Not many people as most hav just finished their work. Had a dinner there. The market was big. quite long walk. just like sunday market. many stuffs are up for sale. Had my first try on buying an Indian style shirt. I always wanted one of those. I bought it for RM 25. Guess what??

A few stall down sell it for RM20 as a begining. There it goes. Being cheated like most tourist. but they are better at bargaining. Had another try at buying a jacket. this time I’m not as gullible as before. set my price. If I don’t get what I want, just walk away and they will start to plead you.

Suprising that those who sell are foreign workers but ofcourse local owner.  Kinda short trip coz most stall are packing as they hear breaking telecast news from their accomplice in the civil service that there may be some check up.

A new day begins with adventure ahead which I’m not sure what I’m going to face. I felt  very sad coz hav to leave my family back in Kuching. Miss each and every single person in my life for the past 18 years. Feel very sad now. Tears flowing through my eyes. This makes me feel like questioning myself what am I doing now??
    I just keep reminding myself that I’m going for my studies nothing other than that. I must face this new challenge just like how I always do. But this is just more difficult. First time leaving my home for a long time to somewhere that I had never been and a place which is total alien to me.

    Well, I boarded the plane heading to KLIA. Heard much of it but first time going there. Had a chat with a passenger next to me. She was also a petronas scholar who works for petronas eversince she graduated bout 15 years ago. NOt sure with the num but bout that figure. Ask her few question that has been bugging my mind bout working with petronas. Well it seems to be going well with her. That gives a kind of relieve and inspiration to be determined and be brave to face up with this crossroad.
     Being in KL makes me feel like I belong to some village back in Kch. Everything seems to be totally different. Massive jam and gigantic signboards.  Everyone is driving carelessly. Lucky to hav my aunt Cat and uncle John in KL to help me. Ofcourse I’m not travelling alone. I got a new soon to be fren who was my friends’ friend travelling with me. We got a map of KL for convenience. We had a tour around KLCC area coz the we are going to Bukit Bintang that nite to watch the final of World cup. Imagine that just arrive already going for my first street party!!!
    Had a dinner in the evening at one of the well known chinese shop. Interesting to find that KL people like to eat at road side. Everywhere got mamak stall. Even hav to pay at least RM3 for car park though the road doesn’t belong to them. Hav a very sumptous dinner.
The sun seem to be very bright altough it is already 7pm. If back in Kch already in total darkness. 
    Before midnight, I woke up from my nap.  Everything go just as planned.  I got the map n walk to  bukit bintang with jing zhi. We’re staying 8 my aunt’s house at ampang. Hav to walk for bout half hour to get there. Everything seems to be very wild. Hitz.fm crews were hosting a NY band concert for the time being. Join in the party. Every1 were shaking their body to the rhytheme of the music.
    The nite just pass through so fast. The first half of the game between Italy and France was really exciting with one gol for each team. Then come the make or break moment during the penalty kick. Very exciting. Incredible. Italy scored all five goals. After that, every1 were shouting and cheering each other altough they were supporting the opposite team before that. Got back by 5am in d morning. Wow, my first ever outing at night alone ( with out family member) already break the record of all of you reading this. Well stay tune for my next edition when I discovered more things bout my new life in a big city.
